These terms and conditions apply from the moment you create an account. By using the platform, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform, and let us know through the contact form.

Eligibility to use the platform
- 1.1. You must be of legal age (18 or older) in your country or territory of residence to use the platform.
- 1.2. The platform may not be used in countries or territories where this type of financial activity is not permitted. By creating an account, you confirm you are a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the platform is not prohibited.
- 1.3. We may request documentary proof of your age or identity, and may suspend your account until adequate confirmation is provided.

Accounts and account security
- 2.1. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
- 2.2. You may only open one account and may not share it with any other individual or legal entity.
- 2.3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
- 2.4. We may request additional information to verify your identity (KYC), including a government-issued identity document, before processing certain deposits or withdrawals.
- 2.5. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe it was created for fraudulent purposes, or where these terms have been violated.

Trading plans and returns
- 3.1. Each trading plan states its return rate, duration, and deposit range at the time you start a trade. These terms are fixed for the duration of that trade.
- 3.2. Returns are credited to your wallet once a trade reaches the end of its fixed duration.
- 3.3. Trading involves risk. You acknowledge that you use the platform at your own discretion and are responsible for assessing that risk.
- 3.4. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before funds are released to the destination address you provide.

Referral program
- 4.1. Referral commissions are calculated according to the rates configured on the platform at the time a referred trader's qualifying activity occurs.
- 4.2. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral commissions found to result from fraudulent or abusive referral activity.

Limitation of liability
- 5.1. The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
- 5.2. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms
- 6.1. We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
